THE INSPECTION REPORT

Our inspection report is computer generated with color pictures of the home and a summary sheet highlighting any deficiencies or unsafe conditions found. Unlike the multiple copy check-off lists that are generic and sometimes difficult to read, confusing or misleading, our report is specific to the house and allows the reader to immediately identify what items need to be addressed. Our report is available by hard copy (computer printed), fax, or e-mail using Adobe Acobat.
