General Home Inspections, Inc. has been in the home inspection business since 1988 and has performed thousands of inspections. When we began inspecting in Las Cruces in 1988, home inspections were rather uncommon and there were few, if any, industry guidelines. As pioneers in the Las Cruces home inspection business, we didn’t read the book on home inspections, we wrote it. We have trained home inspectors from all over the country. As members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) you are assured that we are fully certified and we meet their rigorous guidelines and Standards of Practice. We maintain our continuing education credits by attending seminars to keep current with the latest in building technology, materials and professional skills in the business. We also earn credits by teaching at ASHI conventions and conducting local seminars.
