ORDERING A HOME INSPECTION

Our office staff is available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST (we are closed at noon) and they will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have when scheduling your inspection. Information our staff will be asking you is:

• Address of home
• Name of your Realtor or if it is a FSBO (our scheduling program requires that field)
• Type of inspection/s (Complete, Termite, Mold, etc.)
• Square footage of home and whether it is vacant or occupied (they will discuss who will be there to unlock and if all the utilities are on)
• Who will be paying for the inspection (buyer, seller or both)
• Arrangements for payment, which is due at the time of the inspection. We accept cash, checks, Visa or M/C. Arrangements can be made to collect payment at closing if it is guaranteed with a Visa or M/C.
• If payment at closing, we will need:
Name of Title Company
Name of Escrow Officer (the person handling the closing)
Date of Closing
Visa or M/C number to hold for guarantee
• Directions or any other information or concerns pertinent to the inspection.
