As ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) members you are assured that we are professional home inspectors who have met the most rigorous technical and experience requirements in effect today. We follow the ASHI Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, maintain continuing education in the home inspection field, and have the necessary certifications and licenses to perform our inspections. We have a full insurance package to protect all parties in the home inspection process (a contractor’s bond does not). WHY NOT HIRE THE CHEAPEST INSPECTOR?

Not all inspections or home inspectors are created equal. If the inspector doesn’t protect you with insurance, certifications and continuing education, or works another job and may not be available during regular hours to answer questions, he can afford to do your inspection cheaper than we can. You have to decide what is important to you: a few dollars now or possible thousands in the future if an unskilled, inexperienced or uninsured inspector does your home inspection.
